PET-Xi Workshops Support Year 11 Success

Building on the success of last year’s sessions, PET-Xi returned last week to deliver workshops for our Year 11 students in English, Maths, and Science.

Throughout the week, small groups worked closely with PET-Xi’s expert tutors, who used innovative and highly effective teaching methods to help students grasp key concepts and build their confidence. This year, we expanded the program to include English Literature workshops, giving students even more opportunities to excel.

Feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the sessions as extremely beneficial and even volunteering for additional days. We’re confident these workshops will lead to significant improvements in students’ AP2 results and provide a boost as they prepare for their GCSE exams in May.

PET Xi will be returning in the Summer Term to support our Year 10 students as they prepare for their Summer Exams.

“They teach in a way you can easily understand. The way we revised was really fun and efficient too.” Aidan.J

“The Pet-Xi interventions were interesting and interactive. The tutors taught us useful ways to revise.” Sophie.A

“It was a good and engaging experience that has helped me with my revision strategies and how I will handle exam questions.” Alfie.J
