We currently have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join our attendance team 

Salary Range: Band 2 – FTE £18,908 - £20,709. Actual starting salary £16,070 with performance based yearly increments available.

Working weeks: 39 weeks (Term Time + Inset + Twilight) and Parent/Open Evening as required
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (08:00-16:00 Mon-Thurs and 08:00 – 15:30 Fri)

You will maintain and improve student attendance throughout the Academy alongside our Attendance Officer.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with students and teachers on all levels. Previous work experience in a school or academy is desired but not essential, however you must have:

· 5 GCSE Grade C or above including English and Mathematics
· strong experience of office procedures and administration including MS Office
· high attention to detail
· excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise communication
· strong organisational skills / multi-tasking ability
